The majority of our customers are happy to order their wedding stationery on Paper Willow using the website. We contact them after ordering by email to personalised their stationery and provide digital proofs for approval before making and sending the order.
Some customers prefer to make contact first. Sometimes they want to discuss their ideas with us. Sometimes they want to check that they are ordering the correct thing. Sometimes they want us to add something to the site for them. Sometimes people just want to see and speak to a real person before they place an order.
What ever your reason, we are happy to see and speak to you before you place an order. The best way to do this is to book a zoom call with our designer Jacqueline who can advise and guide you through the process of ordering your wedding stationery.
Get in touch below letting us know the best days and times to book a call with you. Jacqueline works day time hours Monday to Friday with a small break between 3 and 4pm to collect her child from school. Weekend calls or evening calls can be arranged if she’s available. Paper Willow is a UK based company so will be on GMT/BST time zone.
